Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were newly renovated, spacious, and equipped with a nice balcony that offered stunning views of the Alps. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall experience lived up to my high expectations. On the downside, the price was a bit high for what was offered.
Staying at this hotel was an overall fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly stylish and spacious, with a free-standing bathtub and a small balcony, making our two-night stay very comfortable. The service was exceptional, with staff being extremely attentive and helpful, especially with providing information on hiking routes and local highlights. The location offers stunning mountain views and easy access to great skiing and hiking opportunities. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of local cheeses and a selection of delicious Italian dishes. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing our stay even more.
My stay at the Lenkerhof for 2 nights in a junior suite was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel was decorated very nicely and had a lovely view of the mountains. However, the rooms were not up to par for a 5-star hotel with terrible internet connection and the swimming pool air temperature should be warmer. Additionally, the request for me to retrieve my own car from the car park seemed out of place for a luxury establishment.
I chose this hotel mainly because it is non-smoking, a key factor for us, and it's challenging to find elsewhere in Switzerland. The rooms are nice but very basic, lacking tea or coffee making facilities. However, they do have some luxurious touches like a jacuzzi tub, steam shower, and a balcony boasting a stunning view of the mountains.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were stylish and spacious with a free-standing bathtub, offering an amazing mountain view, though a bit pricey at 1100/night. The service was friendly and proactive, making me feel at home. The location, while excellent with great mountain views, lacked a bit of the expected luxury. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of delicious options, especially the grilled seafood. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Staying at Lenkerhof for 2 nights in a junior suite was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with a jacuzzi tub, steam shower, and a balcony offering a beautiful view of the mountains, but it would've been great to enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace during the sunrise. The service was top-notch, with attentive, young, and enthusiastic staff, though some amenities were missing. The location, while close to hiking opportunities, lacked sunbeds and warm water in some areas. The dining experience offered varied local cheeses and a good selection but lacked space in the dining room. The overall facilities were satisfactory, but some improvements could enhance the guest experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel, with slow and terrible internet connection. The swimming pool's air temperature should have been warmer, and the experience of fetching my own car from the car park was unexpected for this level of luxury. On the bright side, the hotel was extremely quiet, which I found lovely, and it offered everything one could need without over-the-top luxury. The rooftop, however, was not well maintained, with dead and unsightly greens over the winter.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely with great views, although they felt a bit small when the hotel was full; however, they were beautifully decorated and had a picturesque view of the mountains. The service was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, just steps away from the Betelberg Mountain and gondola lift. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a stylish design and a lovely balcony. The morning sun was delightful, although it was missed in the afternoon and evening. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was excellent, offering great mountain views from all rooms. The dining experience was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities were superb, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, while spacious at about 50 m2, provided all the necessities without any luxurious touches. The morning sun was lovely, but the lack of sunlight in the afternoon and evening was a downside. The rooms were nice but quite basic, lacking even tea or coffee making facilities.
